How long will it take to process my order? Your order will be processed within 2 business day. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase and all costs.
How much is shipping and what are expected delivery times? Shipping is calculated at time of check out. California Sock Company ships orders within 3 business day of order being placed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery of your goods that are beyond our control. (Business Days are Monday - Friday)

What is the sock quality?All socks are made using high quality materials. These materials are a stronger softer fabric designed to last longer and feel more comfortable on your feet. California Sock Company vigorously tested to ensure the best quality products are delivered to our valued customers. Of course they won’t last forever, but please follow the washing and care instructions to ensure you can sock game can be maintained for as long as possible.
What sizes are our Socks? California Sock Company socks will have sizing on each style under the description of the sock. A good general rule that we follow in the store is: Sock size 9-11, a traditional Women's Sock, fits a Women's shoe size 5 to 11 and a Men's shoe size 3 to 10. Sock size 10-13, a traditional Men's Sock, fits a Men's shoe size 6 to 13 and a Women's shoe size 8 to 15.
How do I wash my socks? Our socks are best cared for machine-washed at 40´C inside out to protect their color. Hang out flat to dry. For longer lasting socks please avoid bleaching, tumble-drying, ironing and dry-cleaning.
