Our Return Policy:
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. The socks must be unworn, never tried on, in original unaltered packaging, and in original condition. There is no refund on shipping costs. Questions? Please use the Contact Us Form.
Our Exchange Policy:
We will cover the cost of shipping to you from our warehouse on the exchange, but you are responsible for the shipping costs of an exchange back to the warehouse. We accept one partial or full exchange per original order. Questions? Please use the Contact Us Form.
Received Defective Product:
Hey Hey, we apologize for the defective product. Unfortunately, some product doesn’t come out of the manufacturing plant in perfect condition, but we want you to make everything right. Please use the Contact Us Form and let us know what is wrong with the socks within 30 days of original purchase. We will reply asap requesting a photo of the issue and our resolution to the problem. Do not waste your money shipping them back to us. We have your back.
Opening The Package:
We know you are excited, take your time, there are socks in there. ☺ Those scissors can cut more than just the packaging. Please be careful when opening the package. We will not take returns or exchanges of socks with holes in them from scissors or any other device.
